The agreement that governs use of the QuickFix Logistics platform.

1. About QuickFix
QuickFix Logistics operates a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent, verified QuickFix Partner Agencies, riders and drivers across Nigeria. QuickFix coordinates and supervises jobs booked on the platform; the physical movement of goods is performed by the assigned partner, its riders or drivers, or by QuickFix-operated fleet where available.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating a booking, paying for a service, or using any QuickFix portal you accept these Terms and the other policies referenced on this page. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
3. Your account and information
You confirm that the information you provide — sender and receiver names, phone numbers, email addresses, pickup and delivery addresses, contents, weight, dimensions and declared value — is accurate and complete. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and for keeping your login details private.
4. Quotes and pricing
Prices quoted at booking are calculated from the details you supply and the rate card in force at that moment. Where the actual shipment differs materially from what was declared, a price adjustment may be requested through the platform and must be approved by you before the job continues. Partners may never collect additional money from you directly.
5. Delivery timelines
Delivery windows shown on the platform are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, road closures, security incidents, breakdowns, regulatory checks and other events outside our control may affect them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use QuickFix to move prohibited items, to break Nigerian law, to defraud any person, to circumvent platform pricing by dealing directly with partners or riders introduced through QuickFix, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
7. Suspension and termination
QuickFix may decline, hold or cancel a booking, and may suspend or close an account, where these Terms or applicable law are breached, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where continuing would put people or goods at risk.
8. Liability
QuickFix is responsible for operating the platform and for coordinating the jobs booked on it. QuickFix does not offer, and these Terms do not create, any insurance cover. Claims relating to loss or damage are handled under the Dispute & Claims Policy and are limited to the amounts stated there.
9. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current wording took effect. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
