Payment & Wallet Terms

How payments, the QuickFix Wallet, fees and settlements work.

Effective 17 August 2026 · Last updated 17 August 2026 · Version 1

1. Paying for a booking

Bookings are paid through the QuickFix checkout using card, bank transfer, USSD or your QuickFix Wallet balance. A booking is only confirmed and dispatched once payment has been verified. Unverified bookings remain in Payment Pending and can be retried.

2. Card security

Card payments are processed by our licensed payment provider through their secure checkout. QuickFix does not see or store card numbers, CVV codes or PINs, and will never ask you for them.

3. Fees

The amount you pay is shown in full at checkout: delivery or vehicle charges, any applicable surcharge, and the QuickFix service fee. No additional charge may be requested outside the platform.

4. QuickFix Wallet

The Wallet is a prepaid balance you may top up and use to pay for bookings. It is not a bank account, earns no interest, and is not a deposit-taking product. Wallet balances are held for the purpose of paying for QuickFix services.

5. Wallet top-ups and refunds

Top-ups are credited once the payment is verified. Refunds may be returned to the Wallet or to the original payment method. Where a balance was funded by card, refunds to the original card may be required.

6. Failed and duplicate payments

If a payment is debited but the booking is not confirmed, contact support with the payment reference. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full.

7. Partner settlements

Partner earnings, QuickFix commission and settlement status are recorded for every completed job and visible in the partner portal.

8. Records

Every payment, refund and wallet movement is recorded with a reference, date and time, and the related booking or tracking ID.
