Dispute & Claims Policy

How to raise a complaint or a claim for loss, damage or delay.

Effective 17 August 2026 · Last updated 17 August 2026 · Version 1

1. Raising a complaint

Raise a complaint from your tracking page or through customer support, quoting your booking reference (BK-…) or tracking ID (QF-…). Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours with a resolution target of 5 business days.

2. Time limits for claims

Claims for loss, damage or shortage must be raised within 48 hours of delivery or of an attempted delivery. Claims raised after this window may not be investigated.

3. Evidence

A claim should include the booking or tracking reference, a description of the item, photographs of the packaging and item, and proof of value such as an invoice or receipt. QuickFix will also review the proof of delivery, rider records and partner statements.

4. Investigation

QuickFix reviews the claim with the assigned partner. Where fault by the partner or rider is established, the outcome may be a refund of the delivery charge, a contribution towards the declared value, or recovery from the partner, decided case by case.

5. Limits

QuickFix does not provide insurance. Any settlement is limited to the value you declared at booking, and undeclared or misdeclared goods, prohibited items and items packed inadequately are not eligible.

6. Price adjustment disputes

Where a partner has requested a price adjustment you may accept it, reject it, or contact support. Rejected adjustments are reviewed by QuickFix Operations before the job continues.

7. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, ask for the case to be escalated to the QuickFix Operations team for a final internal review. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Nigerian law.
